With over eight years industry experience, Kyle has developed the knowledge, skills and expertise to use exercise as a tool to aid you in achieving your health and fitness goals. Kyle’s extensive skill set has given him the ability to work with individuals who suffer from various types of chronic diseases and lifestyle related conditions.

As well as leading Back to Basics Health and Exercise, Kyle is still heavily involved in working with patients who are looking to enhance their body composition, improve performance, increase energy and vitality and injury management. He is available for one on one and small group personal training.

Our commitment to you

Our exercise professionals are dedicated to providing you with all the necessary tools that you will require to make a positive change to your current lifestyle. It will become your responsibility to put these tools into place and hold yourself accountable for your actions week in and out. You may only be spending 2 to 3 hours per week with your coach and therefore need to understand that your actions during the remaining 165 hours each week will significantly influence the outcome of your health and exercise goals. We believe that the four steps to success include the following factors: exercise, nutrition, emotions and education.

  • All exercise is completed in a controlled environment under constant supervision
  • Functional exercise prescription to maximize the effects of your session
  • Include a variety of sessions
  • Monitor your progress
  • Hold you responsible for your actions (accountability)
  • Provide a support network and extrinsic motivation

One-On-One

Perfect for those who need that extra attention, by working one on one with your Exercise Physiologist. Suitable for those who prefer privacy in their workouts, don’t like working out in a group setting, or even for those who need some more motivation. This type of session ensures that you are completing all exercises with the correct technique, which allows you to receive optimal gains. We recommend that all new clients to our exercise clinic participate in at least one, one-on-one session to kick start their program.

Buddy Up

All the benefits of having your own exercise physiologist, and plus you get to share it with a friend or family member. This option is more cost-effective than our one-on-one sessions, with many of the same benefits. Motivate each other and work together towards your health and exercise goals.

Small Group Personal Training

Consistent with our philosophy of working closely with our clients, we offer group personal training sessions for a maximum of 3-5 people. This option can work out highly cost-effective.
