Yoga Classes return this February 2019

We would like to wish all our group fitness clients a Happy New Year. Our Hatha Yoga classes resume on the 5th of February 2019. We look forward to the end of this extended break. This year we welcome our new permanent Yoga instructor Kristie who will be guiding our classes.

Back to Basics Health and Exercise have been offering a variety of group fitness classes located in Parramatta for several years now. The studio is a fun, friendly and quiet space. Where our patrons can feel safe and motivated to fulfill their fitness goals.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha – a Sanskrit word when broken down into two words, ha meaning sun and tha meaning moon

Our Hatha Yoga classes help to develop strength, coordination and self-awareness. Yoga is known to help boost mood, improve strength and flexibility, and has a rich history in health and fitness.
